The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of related balances.
3.2 During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly should any details change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 85ph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
3.4 You must notify 85ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account. 85ph will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
3.5 Account holders are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation must include a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence).
4.1 Deposits. 85ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20), and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 85ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following typical timeframes:

85ph does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and no credit facility is extended. All gambling activity must be funded from your own legitimate financial resources.
5.1 From time to time, 85ph offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion description.
5.3 Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. In the event an account is closed or the balance falls to zero before the wagering requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom shall be forfeited.
5.4 85ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. 5.5 Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — may have their bonuses forfeited and their account suspended without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on 85ph are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems sourced from licensed gaming software providers. Game results are final once completed and are determined solely by the applicable game mechanics and certified RNG outputs.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or game software failures — 85ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the player's balance. 11.1 All content on the 85ph platform — including but not limited to the 85ph brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual material — is the proprietary property of 85ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 85ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
